Paniya Children

These children are members of the Paniya tribe in southern India. Their parents are poor farmers that work in the fields behind them. The Paniya farmers do not own their own land and work the fields of the landowners in exchange for a small wage that enables them to only live day-by-day. As a result, the farmers cannot afford to send their children to school and these children face the same fate as their parents without God’s grace and mercy.

EBT is working to bring them the Bible in their own language so that they can have the hope of a new life. Through the translation
works, EBT workers hope to improve the literacy rates of the Paniya which will result in an improvement in their quality of life. Prices on this print start at $249.00.
