Return Policy
In the event that you decide to return a print for credit we will refund the full price of the print in question (EXCLUDING SHIPPING). Unlike most stores we can do nothing with your return since it is a custom item and therefore are at a financial loss, having incurred material and labor costs connected with creating your print(s). Our expenditures include shipping costs, tubes, paper and/or canvas materials, and ink.
How to make a return request: When requesting a return please cut a 5 inch by 5 inch piece out of the middle of your print and mail it back to us in a regular envelope with a copy of your invoice. As soon as we receive it, we will gladly refund the cost of the item(s).
Example: Let’s say that you order a 16×20 costing $16.95 + $5.50 for shipping. We will refund $16.95 which is your full cost minus the $5.50 that you paid for shipping as it was a hard cost for us and we can not get that back.
We apologize for dropping the ball, bottom line…if you aren’t happy we aren’t happy,
